SprintTv asking me for subscription

I have power-vision on my ppc 6700 and when I am trying to use SprintTv is asking me for subscription ... so do I have to pay separate to be able to the the local channels ?

yeah same thing here .now I dont have open access to all the channels looks like ill have to use my premium services credit for premium tv
