I'll ask again, but do SERO users get charged extra for using Sprint TV?

You are right. Wi-fi connections would not be subject to that issue. However clearly the Sprint/MobiTV proxy server is seeing a lot of traffic. Sprint also has reconfigured their channel/content so certain things may be intermittently unavailable. Personally my service has been fine. I was using it since Monday in New York, using it now back here in San Diego (flew in this morning about 1am and used it on the cab ride home). Quote:
You also want to change your Slot Cycle Index as well to get the best ring throughput and network access. as that determines how often the handset updates its network status. There are a couple other posts on these subjects if your willing to dig through some searches. |
On the east coast. I used my backup program and got a Deactived User error. So I ran the cab and got the welcome screen and now says Loading. Earlier I had full bars and did a soft reset and still got Loading... on all channels. Mine is out...

My dad, Brother, and myself all have the Mogul and are running SprintTv. Brother's phone started having the same problems. I went through File Explorer/Program Files/SprintTv/Cache/and noticed that I had four folders(Channels, Icons, Lineups, & Menu). He didn't have those folders in his Cache file. I did a simple copy/paste of my Cache file to his SprintTv folder and deleted his old Cache folder. I bet his A$$ twenty that it solved the problem. And, what do you know his SprintTv is working and my pockets are a little heavier now. Hope that helps
