How can I disable the popup enlarged taskbar in 6.5.1 (Raphael)

i.e. the large icons that pop up when I touch the task bar (top title bar)

I have been looking for forever to find something to do this.

Any ideas?

I am using Manilla 2.1 running WM 6.5.1 23064

I also am wonering how do you shut down programs in 6.5.1 without going to the Task manager. Maybe oversite on my behalf... i do see it buried behind the drop down menu if you keep tapping at the large menu. I can't believe that this is an issue again.
