does anyone know of a reg tweek that will get back the bog standard keyboard in wm6.5 back????
in wm6.1 in input i had loads of options like keyboard/letter/transcriber etc etc
now i'm on wm6.5 the only input option is itouch/xt9..AND I HATE IT...
or a cab that will give me standard keyboard back

one of the best one i found for mobile REG EDITOR and from your fone and you dont need to synce is BEST REG EDITOR i have it on my phone its the best easiest simple clear one i have found so far...reason i like it becuase its a full screen with folders other then i seen all cramped up in the screen..i posted the cab but its a 15 day trial..i have the full version i forgot where i got it from..if i find it ill post... :thumbleft:

yeah im still alive. i just updated the first post. please check the very VERY top of the post and then i added 5 new registry edits. you can tell where they are as i have a "updated as of xx.xx.xx"
as for the top of the post. I am going to assume that these will work on the diamond, diamond2, vogue, and maybe the hd but i will not put that up there unless i get a confirmed contact from somebody who owns one of them phones and uses these tweaks. Thanks!

change "sizelimit" to 7124000 to get about a 7MB limit


I do not have this registry key in there. I have a bunch of Wap1,2SendLimit123's? I have MightyRom 6.5

wow thats messed up. i didnt really take a look at that one. i will have to take that one down till i investigate this. but i did find this for you:

Has anyone set the poll interval to 20,000? what does this do and how does it save battery life? are there any negative effects of doing this?

actually that one is wrong. its
HKLM\Drivers\BuiltIn\Battery\
Set "PollInterval" to 20000, BUT every mightyrom i have tried is automatically set to 5000. im thinking i should take this out.
i think What this does is set how long the phone checks the battery life.

yeah i think so too.. i set mine to 10000 and it seems to take twice as long for the phone to register how much battery life is left through battery monitor. does this really save on battery life? i'm thinking of just setting it back to 5000

makes it so you can make calls while you have a data connection.
YOU CANNOT have both on at same time
before you COULD NOT answer any calls
while you had data present.
now it disconnects the data and
makes it so you can answer calls
