Now this is an interesting registry edit.. It enables you to drag the software keyboard around the screen so that it isn't always set at the bottom... I tested this.. It's worth it to some to move the screen around, I guess.. I don't personally like it at all but to each his own..
Edit your registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\SIP and change the value of Dragstyle from 0 to 1, followed by a soft reset.

this thing sux, it kills the bottom of my screen where the slidder is in ie. lengthens the screen or something. ill get i screen shot if anyone wants it. plus the black bar over the kb gets in the way.

try it and report back. look real close at the screen shot at the very bottom of the pic, you can see where its cutting the screen. maybe its me but if you use ie, its a no go.
