Remove Program from List of Installed Programs?

I installed Ringo onto my phone a while back and had a heck of a time uninstalling it. I was finally successful, but it continues to show up in the list of installed programs. When I try to remove it, it says it can not be uninstalled and asks if I want to remove it from the list. I say yes, but it remains on the list.

I also tried reinstalling the program onto the phone to see if it would uninstall then, but the install always is unsuccessful (supposedly because the one is still on there).

Any way to remove it from the list?
