Hi Santos,

As a senior poster you should be aware the info your looking for is available in many threads on this forum if you venture out for a search.

But here you go:

MSL - yes you can email or call *2 and SPCS CS will help you with this. They may ask you why you need it in which case tell them you were instructed to call in by another rep at a store.

You can also do a search and find the same app i used on my Titan/Mogul which can provide your MSL without having to call.

Lastly, its not necessary to post a "Disgust" emoticon simply due to the fact your impatient and have not performed the prerequisite search before posting.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

one question. when i call a radio station to try to win a prize, half the time i get a busy signal (normal). the other half of the time i get a busy network message. will this tweek help with the busy network message response?

one question: do you ever win?

ok one more question: are they paying you to call in?

Ok, considering the Network Busy....Yes In many cases this would allow you a higher priority to access the network than many other users. In some situations you may still get a "Network Busy".

Good luck

i did win a few times back when i had at&t, but ever since i got sprint, i'm never been able to get through. i hope this works

i don't know why would pay me to try to win there contests, but if they want to, i'm not going to turn them down.

man, you weren't kidding when you said that this might effect battery performance. i'm torn on if i want to keep this tweek.

Does the ACCOLC change battery performance?... or just changing the SCI?

ACCOLC will not impact battery performance, simply give you more priority over other callers.

SCI can absolutely impact battery performance. Personally i am generally in a metro area where i see no negative impact, however if your in a coverage challenged area you may see more usage.

irwindale 12-10-2007 02:24 PM

the SCI....determines how often a handset polls the network for coverage and incoming packets.

my default is 2? if i change it to 1 or 0.. that would enhance the data transfert...?
or just slight better coverage?

advantage to put this value beyond 2? 3-4-5 ... better battery life?
