Anyone know if its a setting or maybe a reg edit that will make the SIP not cover the text entry box while using apps like CodyPPC threaded sms? Its anoying to not be able to see what im typing. all my SIPS do it (while in Codyppc threaded sms)

I dont know if this was asked before, but I know PocketCM Contacts does the SMS history which is so cool, but I hate having to wait for the program to open when I click on contacts. has there been anything that shows the SMS + History like iPhone or something yet?

Cody: I apologize if this was discussed later in the thread, its late and here goes:

Your cab for BT audio changes this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Bluetooth\A2 DP\Settings
UseJointStereo: change the DWORD from “1” TO “0” no quotes.

I thought with the WM6 roms it was no longer a good idea to disable joint stereo (DWORD=0) as it is now supported by the stack. I believe the edit was needed for WM5.

There is a lot of discussion over at xda but can you explain why you are doing this for WM6.

Start > Settings > Personal > Sounds & Notifications applet > Notifications tab

One of the drop-downs is for displaying when you connect to the Internet, you can uncheck the boxes for this event as well as any others that pop-up with a notification.

This is one that has perplexed us for several months. If you press the END button, then press the END button a second time and hold it down for at least 1 second, the phone goes into airplane mode. There is a reg hack to fix, it would be nice if it were in cab format:

HOW TO: Permanently Disable Flight Mode

HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> ControlPanel -> PhoneExtendFunction -> CDMA

Change FlightModeSwitchByPnHEndKey to 0

This will prevent the phone from going into Flight Mode if you accidentally press the End Call button for too long.
