Diamond Text Software?

Hey People...

I'm currently using the WM6.1 Rom build 20748. I've just succesfully gotten my phone as close to the Diamond that I think it's gonna get til I actually get the phone. I would like to add one more thing...HOWEVER, I'm not sure if it's an application, program or even what it's called (SEE ATTACHMENT).

It looks as if the text messages are shown on the Today screen, but without the white background (I guess transparent). Does anyone know where this application, program or whatever you would call it, is available. If so, would I be able to use this on my Apache and would I need any additional software to run it.
