[REQUEST]: On-Screen call notifier when connected to ActiveS

At my desk, I often have my ringer off and my PPC-6700 sitting in the cradle, connected to ActiveSync. In meetings, I have my phone connected via USB with the ringer off.

In both scenarios, I've got access to my phone, BUT unless I'm looking at the screen I have no idea someone is calling. I could turn it on vibrate, but then I get the vibration noise.

Is there an on-screen call notifier that will advise me of an incoming call, while connected to ActiveSync?
