Go into your file explorer and go to : My Device/Windows/Startup and place the file there. Now the battery bar should automatically start everytime you restart.

yes....of course, place the file in the Startup folder.....didn't think of that.... :P now I feel silly...can't help it if i am not a pc geek...

anyhow, it works now when I start up my Mougl, thanks for your help, syrguy....

BTW, for those of you who have pBar, do you also use the X-Button on your phone?
