I had the same issue.

Actually there is a very easy solution to this issue. if you are using the latest version of Exchange (not sure of acutal version number) and Outlook (I have Office 2007), there is a new "server side rule" item that allows you to redirect your messages to another email address. you control it from within outlook. And best of all it keeps the from line intact (mostly).

I use Microsoft's live service as my push service and it works great. I usually get the message pushed to my phone before it shows up in outlook.
