flashing bin file

Hello,

We have motorola mc9090 scan guns that run windows mobile 6.

My question is if i have the emulator installed and have configured it to my likings, how do i get the image to the device. Normally i have the startldr and just go into the bootloader to wipe it back to factory.

Question: can the bin file be flashed that was created my the emulator?

I was going to call motorola if no one has any ideas. I was using mortscript to install everything after it is flashed but at this point might be easier this way.
