Database Problem

I am using a treo 700wx and have a program that can install a mobile version (which it did correctly), but when the program tries to export its database to the treo it can't get through. The files get "stuck" in the temp file and can't get to the "database" folder within the device. I realize that this folder is a system folder. Is there a way to get these 2 .db files over? I've tried rescoe and doing it from my system but can't access that folder. Any suggestions? The tech team for the software are trying to figure it out but can't seem to get it to work as of yet.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
