This worked pretty well for me when it came to creating a .lnk for the TCPMP in my Programs so I could add it to the TF3D Programs screen...

Windows Mobile 6.1 Optimized Install

I have compiled an updated, and streamlined release of my Master Codec Pack, it does include both a functional version of TCPMP, and all the plugins you would need to operate it on a newer model device. I have also fixed that nagging shortctus issue, once installed, a shortcut will appear in the programs submenu.

CAB Installer: TCPMP & Master Codec Pack 4 (WM6.1 Optimized Edition).CAB

PC Based EXE Installer: TCPMP & Master Codec Pack 4 (WM6.1 Optimized Edition).exe

Optimized Codec Archive (V.3): TCPMP Master Codec Library V.3 (WM6.1).zip

(NOTE: Please uninstalll ALL previous versions of the Codec Pack and of TCPMP, in order to install this cleanly)

Current file version is 4.0.3

Enjoy!

Got it to work finally after it freezing my phone 3 times. May have been due to me not checking all the file associations :) . Installed it on my card by the way.

Check all file associations and set the video driver on GDI.

Re: TCPMP & Master Codec Pack 4

Is there any way to get this to work with youtube? I tried first without, then with flashvideobundle. Either way didn't work.

I've been without youtube on my phone since august. I know there is an official app, and a paid program called kimona, but I want to go through pocket internet explorer.

I keep hearing about TCPMP working for people on their TP2. When I "play" a movie, if 1 frame every minute is normal than I guess it is okay.

I haven't found a version that works for TP2. What other players are our there? I have tried DivX player also. Please let me know.

Works fine for me. I have found that I need to lower the quality if I want to have less frame drops (depends on the show though). But the biggest difference is the MightyROM I am running. Much more responsive than when I was on stock.

Thanks for the heads up on the GDI toggle. That's all I was missing to get it up and running on my TP2.
