Installing cab

Hello im new to all this i flashed my sprint htc touch pro 2 the other day. But now i would like to add a cab for a new look to it but not sure how are where to install this cab

What is included in this cab file:

HTC Sense manila 2.1
HTC Lockscreen
HTC FM radio
HTC Comm Manager
HTC Volume Control
WM Titaniun v3
Welcome Screen
Dusk Theme and Bars

Any would be great thanks.
