WP can not download weather data

I have installed on two PDAs. Since Tuesday both of them can not download weather data. As I remember the same happened two years ago. Is there anybody else who has now the same problem?

To be sure that my software configuration has a problem, I used restore from backup made more than one month ago. Still not downloading.
