Well you can easily view the specific files on your pc. They are just png images which are easily opened.

No secret. Not too many folks around here create complete icon sets, so they don't know. A quick google of "weather icon meanings" produces many hits, including this good thread...

Trying to figure it out so I can make a complete icon set. The ones I have seen arn't complete, or have duplicate images for many of the number... so I'm trying to find out what means what so I can create my own complete set.

storyr, thanks for the link to that post. That exactly what I was looking for. I did a Google search before posting and most found people asking the same question I was.

Since there are 2 files, I'm assuming that they need to be combined into one file before transporting to Weather Panel. And the only reason for 2 files was to keep the size small.

That's correct - place all files into a single folder. The combined size exceeds the maximum size for attachments...
