Maybe the Netframe in Juicy is not supporting Groovefish, you can install cab over and test to see if it works.

Unlike other cabs that allow you to do this. This one wont give you the option. If you know the way to do this please let me know, ill be glad to test it out. Since i tried everything else, i think my head can take a little more beating. thanks in advance.

You've never had a song error out in the debug log? i find that very hard to believe, One thing about Juicys ROM for TP2 though, they dont have the Net Frame Error Messages cooked into the ROM, so you cant even tell why the song wont play.

Ignorance is bliss i suppose :-\"

Re: Groovefish Problem

I extracted the Groovefish cab to see whats up with it's code, i found 3 references to this URL but it seems like an old link

when i try to make a search using:
h t t p : / / l i s t e n . g r o o v e s h a r k . c o m / m a i n . s w f ? c o w b e l l = 0 9 0 8 2 6 0 6 it just hangs

the format it now uses is http://listen.grooveshark.com/#

found in Groove 2.005~ if anyone can edit it and recab it to test?

Have you tried looking in your PROGRAM FILES folder in the devices main file directory, to see if there is a Groovefish folder left behind? If so delete it after trying to uninstall. Also look in Application Data and remove any related files or folders in there as well.

will that also remove the icon. cause after i try to uninstall the icon stays and is still clickable and it loads. the reason im uninstalling is cause when i try to use it i put in name i want nothing comes up so i check log and says fail, fail, fail on everything it looks for.

Re: Groovefish Problem

You should delete the files I mentioned after uninstalling. Then if there is still an icon, follow the steps below.

You can look in Windows folder > Start Menu folder > delete the icon in there, if it is still there.

Then you could restart and try installing the latest copy. Make sure you have .net Compact Framework 3.5 installed first.
