Re: Need help with custom carrier logo and name repositioning

Here is a clock I just threw together for you. Try installing this and see if things stay how you want them and the clock works too. Let me know how it goes. If this works for you, then maybe we can worry about trying to make it more like you want it. Who knows maybe it will work and you will like it too. It should look similar to the one you posted. I don't have stock running right now to test for you. Sooo, let me know!

yea what i need is the file after everything is installed...cause one of the cabs has that file in it that is doing this...so im sure now that it is in the clock cab...this is very common because the custom clocks usually have a modded home.mode9 to allow for a flip clock...so you can install santod's clock and see if that helps, or install the one that you want and then extract that file for me to mod...thanks and good luck!!

Thanks for throwing that together for me. I really appreciate it!! Unfortunately I encountered a different issue after installing your clock. The custom carrier logo stayed exactly where it should be, but the clock's number tabs all had a grey background. I could only get the tabs to be clear if I installed the Sprint2Flip clock first, then your clock afterward. This, of course, caused the custom carrier logo to become misaligned, and I was back to square one.

I've pretty much come to the conclusion that it's the Sprint2Flip clock as well. The custom carrier logo only becomes misaligned after I install that clock, which, of course, is required in order to install pretty much any other custom clock. Anyway, I went ahead and installed the Sprint2Flip clock (to get the misaligned logo), and then pulled the manila file and attached it below. Thanks again for your efforts!!

I can make the clock any color you want! That's why I said, see if it works and things stay as they should, then we'll make it look like you want it to. No point in me going all custom on it, if it wasn't gonna work for ya.

Haha, I didn't know it was mostly a test cab. If you can, I'd basically want it to be identical to the clock in my first post. If you can do that, I'd do a back flip for you! Well, probably not, because I'd end up breaking my neck, but you get the idea.

Re: Need help with custom carrier logo and name repositioning

Ok, try this one out. If it's still not quite what you want I'll spend a little more time on one for you tomorrow.

The tabs are pretty clear now, but the numbers have a little shading, with some transparency.

Just uninstall the other one first and restart the device or just restart HTC Sense and then install this one.

Hope you like this one better, if not, no biggie.

It did the same thing as the first one, and gave me number tabs with an all grey background.
