It creates a double image on my icons(they overlap). Most likely one of the two things I mentioned messing it up.

Try un-installing your icons, re-install my fix and then re-install your icons.

hello all...quick question...i just flashed to mightymikes 11/25 rom and have NOTHING installed...which of the cabs in this thread do i need to install to get the clear slider and it centered????thanks in advance and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!

You want to download the 2.1 fix then.

Download and install the fix and the basic icon tab. You're done. Simple as that.

2.1 with Mightys newest rom and working fine

still getting overlapping bubbles for notificaitons but everything else is centered, smoothe, and CLEAR
