Nevermind, it didn't help! Still a white tab. Should not be anything else interfering now either.

Yes, I'm in the same boat. I've removed any other cab that I think could have any impact, and still the same white tab. Thoughts?

Redownloaded, still no go. I've reviewed other installed cabs and cannot see any that would seem to conflict. Still get the white square covering the icons. Thanks in advance for your help!

Wondering if it might have anything to do with Apristel's BG4all Animated cab. Soft reset now to see whether the other changes I've made might help. Will let you know.

EDIT: Uninstalled Apristel's cab as well - no joy.

I just looked at MM's update log and didn't see where he compressed manila. He's not online now. But do me a favor, in explorer copy and paste any manila file over to sd card then copy to your computer. Send it to me and I'll see if it is compressed.

That's what I was saying earlier, he hasn't so far, I couldn't imagine he did on such a fresh stock base rom, so quickly.

I am trying to see if the files are compressed, but CFC keeps puking out the manilas! "not an image" argghh! This happened the other day too and after restarting the phone and the PC it was working again. I don't know.
