These Cab's were made in HDWall and are designed for WVGA Device with WinMo 6.5 & Manila 2.5 ONLY!
They Also are ONLY for Portrait and NOT landscape.

All you need is .net framework to install this cab. i will attach to second post.

Weather on home screen works fine with this cab.

This cab will give you the following
Background for All Tabs
Windows upper and lower taskbar edits (Adding Pictures to taskbar)

Also, you are not bound to the Home Tab layout in the screenshots below in this post.
with max manila you can completely change it ANY WAY YOU WANT IT!

To Install..
copy cab to device or storage card
Install to Device
if it ask to restart click NO....
Slide to Settings....personalize....arrange tabs.....make a change...click okay....manila restarts and changes are there..
