I will be creating my own custom wallpaper CABs. They will be listed on my site. I will take requests, just fill out the form on my site! :)

For requests of sliders, please post at the end of this thread.

The special thing about my CABs is that they are easy to use, they are in High Quality with no compression, they are on all tabs (not just the Home tab), and they support Portrait and Landscape modes.

Note: These cabs only affect the wallpaper, not the slider or taskbar.

Here is a link to the site. All downloads and REQUESTS will go through the site. Please post back here about your experience with the site and any suggestions.

How to Setup HDWallS
 

How to Setup HDWallS

1. Install HDWallS.
2. Create a folder (preferably on your storage card) called Wallpaper CABs

3. Open HDWallS

4. Go to Menu (Right Softkey)-> Options

5. Navigate inside the Wallpaper CABs folder you created in step 2 and press OK

6. Put the CABs and thumbnails of all the wallpapers you want in the Wallpaper CABs folder you created in step 2

7. Open up HDWallS and tap on the thumbnail of the wallpaper you want and press Set Wallpaper (Left Softkey)!

Note: If you have a problem with the newer HTC Sense 2.1 versions (the ones with the weather clock) go to Settings -> Wallpaper and select YES for the USE DEFAULT WALLPAPER option. Then follow the above steps. Thanks to lefty11 for figuring this out.

Note #2: You may need to soft reset to get the wallpapers to show on 6.5.

Ok. Im going to update the site to allow for sliders, which bigchico will do. Will take some time and you wont see any changes until it is completely finished. Keep checking the site and thread for updates and post here for any suggestions or comments.

Those actually take the quickest to install. Try doing it after a soft reset. If that doesn't work, just skip it and see if it works.

And FYI, you don't need HDWallS instealled on your device to use HDWall CABs. It just makes it easier if you have multiple wallpapers and like to switch it up.

Oh, and the HDWallS CAB you have attached is outdated. The current version is 0.25b.

It's awesome that you are providing a service for people, but you should always give credit to those who's work you're using. ;P

Sryy bout that. I thought it was obvious since I clearly stated that you need HDWall. By the way, I have heard that the 0.24 version works better on our TP2 than the newer version.

Your suppose to install both HQHome&StartMenuWall_v1.12_forManila2.0.cab and
HQWallpaperPatch_v1.15_forManila2.1.cab?? I thought tp2 uses just 2.1

I can't get the hq patch to install- it just sits there and spins - if I go back to home screen then back to install it will finish I restart but then my clock gets jacked - I have already hard reset twice - grrrrrr (I am installing the tp2 cleanup after hard reset before installing this, wonder if that has something to do with it??)

I have cleanup on and it works fine. You dont need those cabs. Just make sure you have NET framework on. The only reason I use those cabs is so I can use HDWallS to manage the cabs.

With the impending release of the unlocker, and the majority of us going to WM6.5 (with the skinned top and bottom bars). Please note for what OS these cabs are for.

These cabs will work for Manilla 2.1. I am not sure about Manilla 2.5. Moreover, 2.5 doesn't have landscape mode. Most people will got Sense 2.1 though so these *should* work. I will update the page once I test it to see if it works with 6.5 or not.

The taskbar isnt on my phone. It is just a program that shows what it would look like. The only taskbar I have found to work is attached. It is made by Yay 4 Juggs and skilkorn (I think thats how to spell their names). I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS.

Ill get the green lantern theme up tomorrow. I dont have access to my computer right now (using the tp2).
