They are made by tsowen and then I tweaked a few of them. I am not sure if I am going to release the dialer skin as a stand alone or not. I usually bundle it in my Pimp Package.

I was looking in your sig links for the info, but yea, everything is bundled in the packages. Could you by chance provide a cab file for the top icons along with the start icon? Also, what does your wait icon look like? I'm really interested in that theme!
