HDwalls or the Voldeus transparent bar tweak HERE.
Both will give you HQwallpaper on all tabs and fullscreen wallpaper.
Voldeus will do landscape properly though, so you can have seperate wallpaper on each.

thanks darren. yes i LOVE WAD. I actually tried to gave sense a try all last week just got so tired of the same look, even with the great cookie mods it felt so limiting. WAD is a blank canvas . Just wish it had the updates it used to.
