Help With Adding Color To Photo Viewer!

I am Trying to add some color to the photo viewer ..
The Black And White Is Boring !

However .. seems when I edit the files .. they always show corrupted

Anyone what to give it a try ??

Pictures.zip have the files that need changing ..
