comparing other threads, I see this as the only difference so far that is prob helping:

EDIT2: this is aside from your cab on new fix you posted from Mr.X which may also play a part.

In his post on the other thread, he says he CAN'T send MMS.

My guess is that he thought it was working because it seems to send successfully, but the message never reaches the recipient.
