Yes. a QL would be replaced by another and attempts to correct usually did not go well (would keep replicating) unless I deleted both of them rebooted and then re-added them.

now I don't have "that" many QL's so that might be part of why it was not "as" aggravating for me :-)

even if chts is causing it in your case I still don't think its chts I think its CHT and something in CHTS instigates it (and something "I" have installed must be doing something similar)

ie it might be the trigger but not the cause.

Hey guys, looking for a little help, I am having one problem and I haven't seen anybody else bring it up yet (also posted at xda, but posts get lost really fast on that thread).

Problem:
The lockscreen seems to be very intermittent for me. When I have it enabled, it works every time by pressing the lock button. However, it only works sometimes (actually rarely) in suspend and I can't seem to figure out why. Everytime I wake the phone up it is still unlocked.

Right now, I basically have everything enabled in the lockscreen settings page of CHTE. Stock WM 6.5 lockscreen and all other info is in my sig, but if you need anything else let me know.

I really appreciate any help you guys can throw my way!

Diable lock on stand by. Reset Re-enable Lock on stand by reset. Worked for me :-)

also its still replicating QL's. I had one replicate last night. It was not "aggressive" I was able to simply delete it but twas still their :-)

I thought this was going to be fixed in FINAL but I still have the issue of...

I have my clock and appointments pinned on my home page so that when i swype left or right, they should appear never to change move (only the quicklinks beneath should change). However, they both move to the side of the screen and then snap back to position.

I would say this happens about 50% of the time.



Very small annoyance compared to how much CHT has improved this phone!

Yup...also had a replicating QL, but it pinned itself on page 1 of QL Level (I had no QLs defined on that page.) This was on the test unit w/o CHTS installed.

I had this happen with my QLs on page 2. I played around with "wobble" and perhaps some other settings in CHTE, restarted Sense, and it stopped. It might be that you made a change & Sense didn't restart even though you asked it to. So, when you make a change in CHTE & answer yet to restart, make sure you see Sense restart. O/w, manually restart it.

Installed this last night for the first time and my god, the graphics look so much better than when I was using MobileShell 3.5 on my TP2. You CHT folks are awesome that's for sure. :headbang:

I got a few quick questions, is there a way to disable getting the default sense tabs (I don't know what that's really called, the one w/the stocks, camera, twitter, messaging, etc...) when you swipe from left or right? I don't see it, but if I accidentally swipe left, I get the tabs.

Also, I have the little notification widget bar for voicemail/text/missed calls, but when I click the text, nothing pops up. The other two icons work fine (missed call/call history & voicemail). I tried the other option where it's icons only instead of the default widget notification bar, but it's the same thing. Only the text won't show up when chosen.

Last one, sorry if I'm a bit long winded, but going back to the tabs, whenever I finish doing any editing on CHTEditor, it hangs for a second displaying the tab and then it goes back to my homescreen. I managed to get a screenshot of it. I disabled most of the sense tabs because I got tired of scrolling back to home just so I can go back to my custom screen.

If you have more then one page enabled for your hometab, in CHTE, it will not swipe from tab to tab.
You can turn off most of the tabs, in the Settings Tab > Personalize Tabs
The text message notification, directs you to the CHT Text message Widget, which if you don't have enabled, it won't.
There is a setting in CHTE to turn off the directing to the Widget, if your prefer.
CHTeditor often has to restart sense, before it can dump you back to a working homescreen.
I think what you are seeing is the result of that.

I feel that we are close to working out the last bit of issues with duplicating quicklinks. :)

Do you have "Wobble Widgets" enabled?
If so, turn that off if this bugs you. :)
If not, then I can not reproduce this.
