Custom Taskbar and Clock screw up new Sprint 6.5 ROM?

Hey everyone, I tried to install bignadad's new taskbar (black and white not that it matters) along with the Mr X Dusk Clock, and when I restarted neither showed up.

Had no taskbar and no clock, just the backdrop.

Is there something I need to install/modify so I can change these looks on the new stock rom?
