No it won't because NRGZ recooked BG4ALL back into the ROM. I believe MaxTTM 4.1 should work though.

Settings tab > personalize > wallpaper > landscape all tabs > select separate image for landscape.

tried that... under Landscape All Tabs Wallpaper and it let me choose a wallpaper but when i go in landscape its still black...
