Re: Cookie Home Tab Mod (April 13th version 1.7.0)

I seem to have found a bug or a bad side effect. It seems for some reason the brightness settings are being overewritten so that you cant adjust the brightness levels in settings anymore. I tried the dim backlight setting in the editor and now my backlight is stuck on the lowest setting. Has anybody else had this happen. Ive done all the usual tinkering and it only says the word 'bright' where there should be a slider to adjust the screen brightness. Any ideas?

I don't have a problem organizing them. However, I am not using the retractable bar. If you are using it, try turning it off, then organizing.

I can arrange them and mine is set to retract.

I love this! Great effort and functionality.

I would like to see a couple of aesthetic changes (probably via optional cabs). It is possible a modder might be able to reduce the background of the notifications and calendar by maybe 50%? Not eliminate the background, but a "softer" background. The same request for the retracting slider "icon".

For what it's worth, I was able to use HDWall with no problems. I also was pleased that the transparent clock and "no flip" cab I had used previously still work great.

Outstanding work!!!

Not a big deal for me 5 is quite enough.

Thanks for all your help, maybe in 1.8!

OK, I figured out what the problem is as this was making me crazy too... There is a separate setting in the editor under miscellaneous for number of app to show. This is set to 5 as default and overrides the setting in the layout. Change it and restart sense and you should be good to go!

Yes, there is a known issue with the backlight setting in the lockscreen settings page.
Please leave this off, until a fix is made for that. Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This is awesome, thanks!

How do you get appointments to show on the lock screen the same way as the home screen? They have this in the video too but I can't get it on mine.

Feedback - there seems to be a lag between when you turn back on your phone to when it goes into the manilla lock screen, maybe a second or so, it shows briefly what was up before. This speed is one thing I miss from lockdevice1.6

On the homescreen, I put in custom operator text and I have the show quicklink tab boxes shown, I wish there was a way to put 2 pixels of space inbetween these two things. I tried faking it with space in the operator text but that didn't work.

Again, this is very impressive work.
