Disabling HTC Messaging?

Guys, I know there are ways to disable HTC Messaging (as it can be buggy, and/or some people hate it). I plain hate it. I'd rather use the standard windows threaded messaging.

Can anyone post a cab to disable HTC messaging and enable windows?
(i'm running ENRGz 6.5, Manila 2.5, 21889. and i'll be installing MM later).

Where do I put this file?
I kno what to do with a .cab or installer, but this?
I'm assuming in the windows folder, maybe system folder???
