Using Vin's Plutonium 08.05, with Manila 2.5.20161332, Santod can I use the 16 quicklinks and BG4ALL with this??

If your question is can you use it with Sense 2016, the answer is yes.

I just tried using 16 Quick links 1922_R2 on TP2 with Vins Pluto 11/28 with Sense 2.5.2019 on it. Mostly worked but one odd issue. When on Sense home screen and closing keyboard going from landscape to portrait the weather info starts about 1 cm low, slowly drifts to the right position, then jumps back to the low position, stays there for a bit then jumps back to the right position. Very odd.
