looking for a rom or mod that will let me have the same background that i put on the today screen in tf3d. also be on all the other tabs i currently have psyki final 4 running on my touch pro and really like the feel of that

sorry found the mod for the stock rom but would still like any input on a fast stable custom rom

Any ROM lets you have the same background on today screen as TF3D. All you need is the wallpaper and HDWALLs. Look in the forum for HDWALLS wallpapers. There are separate HDWALLS wallpapers for TF3D 2.5 and 2.1

EnergyROM has some HD wallpapers built-in you might want to try that. It is loaded with several apps.

If you want to start clean with no eye candy and customize to your liking start with MightMikes or cFays or MrX roms.
