I am super excited to flash this and install Max Dusk... this is the reason I unlocked my phone! Do you have any advice on essential installs that I shoud use for my Sprint TP2?

not really. if you are using EnergyRom, he includes everything you need in his ROM

I have a few questions if anyone knows the answers?
1 - I now have the old volume control, any way to get the HTC one in green?
2 - Is there a task manager hidden in here somewhere? - Found it... just not in the top right corner anymore :(
3 - The backgrounds in the windows menus do not match the rest of the sense tabs.. any way to fix that?

I cannot uninstall Maxmanilla.
I tried from the phone and get a message that it was not completely uninstalled...
I tried from my PC and it keeps coming back on the list....
