OK I am going to do this even though I have done it before just to cover everything again
Reflash
Install MaxManila Ultimate 2.6 beta
Reboot
Install MaxDust
Reboot
Install HDWalls
Apply Wallpaper
Reboot

Thats your problem. 0.24b is not very compatible with manila 2.5

you need HDWall 0.28b
