I do not currently have a bg4all that will allow seperate portrait and landscape wallpapers with the Co0kie mod installed.
I am currently testing and working on Co0kie 1.7 and all my efforts are going towards working with its new layout and features.

Santod, Thanks for the great work.
Black number no tab,
Inverted 2.5 Flipclock,
and No Clock Background
all together had the desired effect.
Don't ask what order I installed them in, but the result was a white number
flip clock with no tabs and no background.
Nice and clean.

I have attached a transparent softkey .tsk theme file.
Just extract the .tsk file onto your device, then select the Transparent softkey theme in the Today, Home settings, under theme.
That will remove the square or circle around your softkeys and make your bars black.
Unless you use MaxTTM 4.1 to skin the bars. Then all you will see is the text on top of the wallpaper.

Every time I install the Manila 2.5 NoCurtain`s.cab on NRGZ's latest roms it messes up the slider (not the icons but the selector that shows the current tab). Is there a curtain removal mod that works with NRGZ's ROMS (Cookie and GTX themed)? TIA.

Yeah, I will post a new cab in just a few.
That one has a white slider tab included, which will ride on top of the slider icons in NRGz roms. Since he uses the clear slider with mode9 fix in his rom.
You can also install and uninstall any of the slider tabs I have posted after installing that cab and then remove the slider cab and it will revert your tab back to the clear rom default one, leaving you with no curtains and your stock slider tab.

Anyhow, I will post up a new one shortly. :)

Are you using my No calendar date background cab?
As I thought THIS cab does that part also.
This will do the rest.
Its to remove the Alarm and date background in Co0kie's Home Tab.

Thats funny - both of those I have installed, but I guess since I ran all the other mods and stuff that it may have overridden something. Will try to uninstall and reinstall. Thanks.

No problem, some clocks have these in their cabs and bring them back.
If the reinstall doesn't do the trick, please let me know and I'll check it and make a cab for just that.

Is there any way to remove the bottom bar on the home screen that has the phone/menu shortcuts on it?

I have found that I do not use these frequently and would rather just do without them. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use MaxTTM 4.1 to make the bars skinned with your wallpaper, and a transparent .tsk theme to make the buttons just show as text.
But there is no good way to fully remove the functionality of the softkeys.

No, I don't usually bundle my cabs, because then everyone wants one part or another, but not all. So, I make them individual, so the user can choose what they do or don't want.

Having said that, I made you a cab anyway.

I don't want to be picky but after install I lose my calender icon under the date. If I uninstall i get it back. Im just using the standard white Icons. If you could take a look at this that would be great. And the rest is great. thank you.

First off, amazing work Santod! I have just recently updated my manila packages to the latest Telstra 2.5 2012.1431. I am trying to use your stealth slider, but it doesn't appear to be compatible with this build. Are you aware of this issue or do you have any ideas why it is causing this?

Well there must be a different tab in that rom, then all the other roms floating around. Does it have a custom carrier related tab?

The best thing to do is provide me with your 285d005a_manila file from your Windows folder, and I can modify it for your specific rom, so it will work for you.

Oh I see now, the different tabs didn't cross my mind. It does have a few different tabs, however, I disable them through 26948339_manila and do not include their packages. Here is the requested file, I really appreciate your work!

Please know that the Lua file from your rom varies a bit from mine.
So I could not test this and I did my best to edit it, as I saw necessary.
But I can not make any guarantees without being able to test it.
Please let me know how it goes, so I can correct it, if need be and I am able.
Though I think it should work fine for you now. Let me know.

Try, HDwalls with the HQwallpaper patch, or BG4all with MaxTTM 4.1, or Voldeus transparent taskbar and softkey bar tweak.

thanks for the quick reply im going to try them out... sorry one more question ? i have installed the cabs for removing the background on the home page for the clock n date/calendar ..now im running the energy rom to be exact and has cookies 1.7 cooked in..so there's no calendar bar just the date bar with the alarm on the right so im assuming that is why the date bar is still not transparent..how can i get that to be transparent too?

I've done the icons, but the words would take a mode 9 edit I believe.
So, I have had mine, where it just says "add".
