2.81 is working well with Medium Hill Rom 23518 Rom with 1922, although had to disable the documents tab because of sluggishness. I don't think this is a MaxManilla issue, just not enough horsepower on the TP2. Jaguaralani's (XDA) and Santod's themes and layout cabs for 1922, which were around before 2.81 also seem to be working well.

First of all i would like to say thank you for all the work you have done with max manila. It is a very cool concept. I remember a few months back so called professionals said that landscape would not be possible on the touch pro 2. Not only was that accomplished but you and your team have been able to transform landscape into a workable version with max manila!! Awesome!!
I know this is just a beta, but I thought you would appreciate any info on bugs u can get. Im on the latest build of NRG (dec 31st 21xxx) and the only problem i get is the rotation. It works for the first 10 tries or so then it just stops. I have to go back to the rotate menu to get it started back up again. i really dont use fullscreen too much so I couldnt tell u the issues on that. i never did the reg edits u talked about at the beginning of the post (mainly because Im afraid I might mess something up and i dont know how to do it) but max manila is still working pretty well. Enough typing I guess! Just thought you should know. I know you will solve this issue with the rotation. Thanx =D>

You do amazing work! The only reason I waited on switching to NRGz 12/31 Release is MaxManilla wouldn't work with it at first. Then you release 2.8!! I immediately reflashed to the 1922, and l cannot get the HDWalls to work what so ever. I like the HDWalls so much that I reflashed to NRGz 12/17 with MaxManilla cooked in. I went through the directions that you have for the wallpaper settings and for some reason HDWalls will not work for me. Any suggestions??

Try installing MaxTTM right on top of MaxManila on NRGz rom from the 31st. Select the trans softkey option in the theme settings and then follow my guide to set fullscreen wallpaper with MaxTTM. Worked when I tried it on that rom while trying out MaxM.
Cookie Monster may work on a patch for HDwalls when he gets a little more time.

I am on Juicy 8 atm with maxmanila 2.8.1 and HDwalls didn't seem to want to change the "B" wallpaper, so I just went changed it manually by going to Personalize>Hometab wallpaper>(selected my HDwalls repository)> and found the original wvga wallpaper that I created the HDwalls cab from. This allowed me to simulate the Hdwalls effect it's just not as efficient. Everything lines up nicely.

How is the HTC full screen notification screen on Juicy 8? I ask because installing 2.81 on either Energy or Deck's SSS ROM(which I am currently running) corrupts the screen. All I can see is 2 blank buttons on the bottom(which do function if you know what they are supposed to do) and a bunch of junk on the rest of the screen.

Touch the top row of icons and let me know if the resulting screen looks ok.

just used caulkins visual kitchen to create my first custom ROM

used 23518 sys with manila 2.51922 - set the pagepool to 6 (was not sure about that. saw some said to go 0 if using 6.5.x, and some said 24 or 32. any input??)

also just added max manila 2.81 & hdwall

everything in full screen and landscape worked with no problems at all! going to post screens in a few....
