Looking For Shoryuken App

Yea well i was at this street fighter tourny and there was this chick there with a g1 and she had this app that when she turn her phone in a up motion it made shoryuken sound and when she moved straight foward it made the hadoken sound. I asked her where she got it from its on the g1 app store and its called shoryuken app but was wondering if our TP can do it, i dont see why it shouldnt....
