Noob quick Question Battery Icon

I got a question, I just installed the Calkilin's ROM to my TP and after I installed my carrier's cab the nice battery icon dissapeared, went back to the original but stays full all the time (even though the battery is not full)

The Rom included a nice square with the remaining percentage, any suggestions on how to get it back or how to get the one I have working properly?

BTW I have seen a few cabs for a battery icon, but this ROM has the Start Button on the bottom, I am afraid of having issues if I install one of those over this

You should be looking for taskbars for WM6.5 / Sense 2.5, they usually bring a set of icons for the alerts, signal, battery and others.
