change titanium icons

Still cant figure out how to get rid of the useless icon. I don't want to change it, I just want it gone. It is a clock that doesnt change... useless. I have managed to find the cpr file. I dont know what to do with it...

There is a line in the CPR file that says Clock Expanded under that you can find a line that says <Image ID="Icon 1" or <Image ID="Image 1" I forgot exactly but just change it to <Image ID="" with nothing in the quotations and bam no icon. save it and drop it in the windows file directory on your phone with Total Commander.
