Has anyone seen this Titanium interface?
 

I came across an article about why WinMo is better then iPhone at Why Windows Mobile Rules – iPhone vs Windows Mobile Part 2
and in looking at the screenshots I notice there is a Titanium interface that I really like, but cannot find out how it was done. Especially the missedcalls/texts/v-mail panel and the Fav People panel. This is the image, can anyone help?

the missed calls, texts, etc is titanium notifications. As far as getting the panels semi transparent and showing icons IDK, you may be able to mod the panels, but I do know those are a panel you can add named titanium notifications.
