Very Cool ROM, I am impressed as usual. I have been playing with it for the past hour. I noticed there isn't a shortcut for 1-calc. Thanks again.

yes, ftouchflo is on there. The shortcut is there just in case you need to restart it for some reason. Now, this is not the cube but you can easily install a modded cab to have cube functionality. I am still looking for one I like. While I think the cube is more for show and quite redundant when you can do everythign it does faster from teh today screen, I will still probably include one version at some point.

Suggestion

This rom needs a thread dedicated to its details, updates, changes etc. I have no clue what the rom has included or what it consists of. Im not digging through 20 pages of crap to find out what basic features it has and changes that have been made.

You are correct Alpine. Techincally, I did not start a thread because the rom is/was not ready for a public release. However, I still put it out if people wanted to play with it. Someone started this thread and I felt I shoudl at least reply to posts.

I've had it installed since this morning and really have not had a major problem with it. I love that you put in quickmenu as part of the ROM - it's the best little utility out there. I've also noticed the shell error relating to the dialer popping up randomly.

Also, another reproducable error is whenever I use my finger to swipe up [to use touchflo] windows media player opens up!! Whenever I swipe my finger down windows file explorer opens up. Weird, huh?

BT connection has appeared to be stable; haven't had a chance to listen to music through AD2P yet, will do on my commute home and report back to see if switching from EVDO to 1x causes any freezeups.

Otherwise, it's a pretty stable rom with chock full of surprises

That is actually part of FTouchFlo. It has a built in launcher that can open up to 4 apps depending on the swipe. There is a config in \Windows that will allow you to change or disable this launcher. Basically, it launches apps if you go from one edge to another in the certain motion. However, if you stay more in the middle, you will get hte normal scrolling.

I was using the Oct21st ROM and went ahead and flashed the stillkindarough rom. The ROM loaded OK but upon restart all I got was the bootloader.

I went ahead and reflashed Oct21 and the phone is fine.

Any ideas?

Kevan
