i need help with my phone

OK im a noob when it come to phone. So if someone can point me in the right direction i would really appreciate. i done read somethings on flashing and upgrade. How do i flash so i can upgrade? Also, i try to put that kitchen file on my phone it wasnt a cab file so it didnt work. An it came as a zip file. i got one of those on my phone. Im lost plzs help thanks

there is a unlocker for the 6800 at nuerom.com he also makes some of the best roms for the 6800

the rom is called Titan CDMAw/ nueKernel6152-3pre3

but u got to donate to access the doner cp for the unlocker (hspl)
