Hi, I have read quite a bit, but am still having trouble finding out how to flash an RUU file - any guidance would be so appreciated! Thanks!

P.S. The link to that file says that it is an invalid link

Flash it via sd method:
Place it on sd and rename to TITAIMG.nbh and enter bootloader.

Flash via pc:
Place it in a RUU folder and run the rom update utility.
Here is an empty RUU
