I don't know if this will help or not, but I was trying to keep up with the Jones on the WM6.5 front and got tired flashing something new every few days and then having to reinstall everything. I then found that SPB Back-Up has a ROM upgrade option. You create a backup file (which is executable, BTW) and flash your new ROM. When you run the backup exe file it asked if it is a ROM upgrade and handles it for you. It worked seamlessly for me until I decided I was tired of flashing and went back to my stock ROM. I think I'll just wait for a final release or a new phone, whichever comes first.

The only issue I had was that if something was installed with the ROM and also backed up, I ended up with shortcuts in two places. Not a real big deal.

Hope this helps,

to make your flashing easy learn about sashimi. with sashimi i am up and running in less than 3 min with about 4 clicks.

setting sashimi up took a long time but once it was done ...well worth it
