Im stuk on the red, green and blue screen

I followed the guide on how to unlock here

Everything seemed to go ok, no errors. My screen is stuck on the red, green and blue screen though. Up top it says
TITA100 MFG RUNNBH
SPL-2.40.Olipro
CPLD-9


I tried the escape instructions here

But it says "Cannot open usb port. Please make sure that usb cconnection in ActiveSybc is disabled

Also make sure that your usb cable is properly connected"
