I understand but there are other ways to get to pst.
But I forgot, we are talking about sprint CSR's.
Anyways thanks, I forgot that there are some dialers that do not support codes.

Most CSR's are idiots. Even more so on Verizon. I wanna wack em in the head sometimes. When ever my parents or family go to buy a phone I go with them. I don't let them try and talk them into something they don't need or let them lie to them.
