Upgrade went without a hitch.

Good thing: I have noticed a slight speed improvement.

Not so good: My tethering seems to be a bit flaky, now -- I need to replug in the USB once or twice a day. Not a big thing, really, but it is something I didn't have to do in 6.1.

Otherwise, seems like a cool OS. Thank you.

Understandable. But remember that again, this is merely the Release Candidate 1. Their will always be bugs and issues until Microsoft releases it publicly. The news media are JUST NOW talking about 6.5, when some of us have had it since the first beta release 2-3 months ago. lol

Microsoft ought to be donating to this website. It is these guys and gals here that do the leg work.
I went in to sprint over the weekend to look at the tough pro (which I will not be getting) and they have not even heard about 6.5

the TOUGH Pro? lol...I'm seriously considering it, why wouldn't you upgrade?
BUT, before i can pay for the TP, i have:
Insurance, and then next months as well, I'm a week behind
Prom (almost paid for)
and my Flowmaster duals install for my mustang.
THEN i can get it...

gonna wait for the touch pro II. But who knows yet.
It is a shame you don't live in Texas for those duals on your mustang, I could give you a great deal on them.

damn, that would be awesome. I bought my flowmasters (cat-back) from a close friend of mine who put two SLP cat cons, off road h pipe, and mac mufflers. Sounds badass..

I have everything i just need to get them installed. I just ran by a local shop and they quoted me 60, and then 40 for tips too.

I completely agree on waiting out the Touch Pro. It's a very cool device, don't get me wrong, but I want something more substantial when I pay for an upgrade. I am due for an contract renewal next May, and by then we should have a bunch of new phones primed and ready for Windows Mobile 7! :-D :-D

But I certainly wouldn't turn down a current Touch Pro if it fell into my lap for free or something.
